Enniscorthy Branch

The Enniscorthy branch offers:

  • Help, support and personal development to students at the Workshop, aged 7-18. Workshop classes take place in St. Aidan's Primary School, Enniscorthy, on Tuesdays from 5.00pm to 7.15pm. Also, at the moment, parents are volunteering to do the Toe by Toe programme on a one-to-one basis with the primary school students. They are also hoping to apply for help for some students from the Bank of Ireland Millenium Scholarships.

  • Support and education for parents. Courses and talks for parents are organised. Parents meet informally each week at the workshop and at public meetings organised to raise awareness and to support parents of children not at the workshop at that time.

  • Support and education for teachers. From time to time talks are organised for teachers on various topics. Information is also available on in-service training courses for teachers on dyslexia.
