Information Service

An Information Service is run from our national office. Information requests come by post, phone, email, website and in person.

Our telephone helpline (01 8776001) is based in our national office. The phone lines are open from 9.00am to 1.00pm and from 2.00pm to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Email queries can also be sent to

Postal queries can be sent to our national office:
Dyslexia Association of Ireland, 5th Floor, Block B, Joyce’s Court, Talbot Street, Dublin 1.

A weekly drop-in information session takes place at our offices on Talbot Street on Wednesday afternoons, between 2 pm and 4 pm.  This is an opportunity to have a one-to-one chat with a member of our Information team about dyslexia. You are welcome to bring any assessment reports that you have if you would like to discuss them. No appointment is necessary, but you may need to wait a bit if we are very busy on a particular Wednesday.

Information on local services is also provided by volunteers through our network of nationwide Branches.

The Information Section of this website also contains a huge amount of information on dyslexia.
