Annual General Meeting 2005

Venue: Glenroyal Hotel, Maynooth, Co. Kildare.
Cost: 10 Euro for members, 15 Euro for non-members, Students are free.
Attendance at AGM only is free.
The thirty-second Annual General Meeting of the Dyslexia Association of Ireland was held at the Glenroyal Hotel, Maynooth, Co. Kildare, on
Saturday, 23 April 2005.
In accordance with the Articles of Association of the DAI, an election was held at the AGM for twenty members (max.) to serve on the National Executive Committee.
As well as the business of the AGM, there was a full programme of talks. The focus for the talks was on second level education.

- 10.30 What Parents and Students can do to Raise Awareness and Support Students with Dyslexia at Second Level -
Presentation by Wyn McCormack based on "Understanding Dys-lex-i-a" the video and CDRom/DVDrom produced by the
Department of Education and Science which will be launched shortly and distributed to every school in the country.
